Seattle Valentine's Day Trip

Today was my first time to Seattle with Joe Joe.

I was soooo excited for this trip!!!!!!

Before the trip, I had already made the plan in advance and scheduled lots of tourist spots to visit. !!!!!!!! 

In the morning, we went to Fred Meyer to buy a printer printing out our Seattle City Pass tickets. 

(We exchanged the booklets in Woodland Park Zoo )

We got Seattle around 12:00. I guess.

The First Stop: "WOODLAND PARK ZOO"

We saw lots of penguins and seals. They were soooo cute and we had been standing in front of them for a long time trying to communicating with them. Lol

This cute bear just ignored us with his butt facing toward us. (Were you looking for your salmon ? )

We took some pictures on the corner of the zoo. I looked a little tired. Lol hahaha. Joe was very cute and handsome !!!!! We do have couple face, right ? We are getting similar in some ways. 

Joe kept saying that they were beautiful creatures..... =..=  I have no comments. Lol I think he got paper for writing Valentine's day cards but it seemed like he ripped them into pieces. Don't be angry ~~~ It's valentine's Day. Lol 

I don't know if the elephants in the U.S. are the same breed as Taiwan's. For me, elephants all look like the same. This elephant was so cute, too. 

I was very very excited in the first sight I saw "Tapirus indicus" in the zoo. This type of animal is very popular in Taiwan recently. Also, there is an artist who draws illustrations of them.

I think they are unique creatures which look calm and peaceful. Especially, they seem comfortable if I hug them. XDDDDDD

There were so many different types of pretty birds !!!!!!

The first blue one look similar to one type of Taiwanese bird called 藍腹鷴. 

To be honest, they look very delicious.......

I love them the most in the zoo!!!!! Those big kitties are going to be my pets....(Wait until one day, mu dream come true.....) I kind of wanted to lay on the rock and be surrounded by those cutie. Lol 

I guess it's a quality time for this lion family right now.......I am zoo jealous, they don't need to worry about homework everyday....Lol

I think I had found the dinosaur eggs.... I should had taken them back to my lab and....... build a Jurassic Park in WA. 

Here comes my dream pet. It looked just like a big cute sleeping kitty. Lol I kept asking Joe to let me have this pet in the future. Soooooooo cute!!! Look at its beautiful fur !!!!!!!!

After taking some pictures, we were heading Seattle downtown !!!!!! =)

Second Stop: Argosy Cruises Harbor Tour

We took some pictures before taking the Argosy Cruises tour in the harbor. We do really have couple face. Lol 

The sunset was very beautiful =) and there is no any obstacle or buildings on the way. Sooooo beautiful. I was very happy to see the sunset with Joe. =) 

It's the view of downtown from the harbor. It looked like Taipei, actually. 

I feel sad that we don't have enough  time for "Seattle Aquarium"this time... =..= I was planning to feed cute little seals and put one in my backpack taking it home with me secretly. 

Then, we got the tickets for the cruise tour. I was excited. Even I had experience of taking cruise ship, I had never taken this tour in the U.S. before. Also, there were many sea birds staring around us. It's very entertaining to scare them away. Lol  

I had experienced the different side of  beautiful Seattle night from the river. 

It was amazing !!!!!!!!! I enjoy seeing landscapes from the boat with Joe. It's very romantic. Lol 

Seattle Great wheel is great !!!!!! I don't remember if we took this today......Lol 

I definitely want to try it next time. =)

Third Stop: "Space Needle"

Today was Valentine's Day so there were lots of couples waiting to go up to the Space needle. I guess we had been waiting around 1 and a half hours before we could go up to the top of the needle.

The night view on Space Needle was very very very astonishing !!!! (I don't know if I used the proper word to describe this.) Suddenly, I felt I am just a small part of this big world. I am so lucky to be in the U.S. . I am so lucky to meet Joe in my life. I was glad that I could see this amazing night view with my lovely boyfriend, Joe Joe.

     The inside of the needle has different restaurants in each floor. The first floor is a souvenir shop and the top of the needle has a sandwiches & coffee shop, which serves delicious foooood. I love it very much. Also, there is space outside of the needle so we went out to take some pictures. Then, we sit inside by floor-to-ceiling windows having a nice chat.

I really enjoyed this trip. I would like to come here again any time. =) I love it. I think Space Needle is a must-go tourist spot in Seattle. Thank you for taking me to Seattle and having this wonderful trip with me. =)
